Nigerian Army Reveals Date for Burial of 17 Soldiers Killed in Okuama

The burial of 17 troops who sadly perished while on a peacekeeping deployment in Delta State, Nigeria, has been scheduled by the Nigerian Army.

The Army said in a statement on Tuesday that the soldiers who died in the Delta State hamlet of Okuama will be laid to rest on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.

The National Cemetery in Abuja will host the solemn burial service, which is scheduled to start at 3 p.m. local time.

Interestingly, Bola Tinubu has been invited to the function as the Special Guest of Honour.
