The release of 313 suspected terrorists has been ordered by the Federal High Court in Borno.
After investigations, the court ordered their freedom since there was not enough evidence to convict the suspects.
At a briefing on Thursday in Abuja, Maj. Gen. Buba Edward, Director of Defence Media Operations, disclosed this.

He said, “The court ordered the release for want of evidence after the conclusion of investigation and other ancillary matters.
“Accordingly, they would be handed over to the Borno State Government for further action.”
