Popular Nigerian actress and movie producer, Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi, has taken a strong stand against online bullies. During an emotional Instagram live session this morning, Toyin addressed the ongoing harassment she has been facing, especially after the arrest of a troll.
The actress, who has been under intense scrutiny on social media, expressed her frustration and declared that she will no longer tolerate any form of bullying. “I am ready to die and will ensure that I go along with my bullies because I refuse to be wrongly accused,” she stated passionately.
Toyin, a mother of one, emphasized that she has reached her limit and will no longer remain silent. She clarified that she never arrested anyone’s mother and that the accusations against her are false. “You can’t accuse me wrongly and expect me not to say anything. It is a different thing when you commit a crime. I have not committed any crime. I have only exercised my democratic rights and they keep bullying me,” she said.
The actress pleaded with the public to leave her alone, stressing that she has been pushed to the brink. “I am ready to die but before I die, a lot of you bullies, we will die together. I have kept quiet for too long, but you guys have pushed me to the wall. I am now a mad person. I want to die,” she concluded, expressing the depth of her distress.
