LATEST On Police Recruitment Exercise, Date For Medical Screening Announced

The police authorities have announced the successful completion of aptitude tests conducted across the country for recruitment into the force.

This is as the result of the tests held in the 36 states of the federation and the federal capital territory on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th October 2021 was submitted to the Permanent Secretary and Secretary to the Commission, William Alo by the Deputy Inspector General of Police in charge of Training, DIG Danmallam Muhammed.

The update on the recruitment exercise made available in a statement to Naija News on Friday, 12th November by the Head, Press and Public Relations of the Police Service Commission (PSC), Ikechukwu Ani stated that medical screening for successful candidates will commence on Monday, November 22.

Police Recruitment: Screening To Commence August 24

The screening will be held in the 17 Zonal headquarters of the Nigeria Police Force while successful candidates from the aptitude test will be contacted on the specific date and venue to make themselves available for screening.

It is understood that a total of 74,058 applicants comprising 62,588 male applicants and 11, 470 females sat for the aptitude tests in the 36 states and the federal capital territory, Abuja.

The exercise is part of the 2020 recruitment exercise for applicants into the Constable cadre of the Nigeria Police Force.
