The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has published official results from the March 18 governorship elections held across the country in several states of the federation.
According to data acquired by Naija News as of press time, INEC has so far declared the results of several states following the completion of the counting and collation of results.
According to the results, the All Progressives Congress (APC) won more states than its nearest rival, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

One state has been won by the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP).
Other parties, such as the Labour Party (LP), have yet to win a state governorship election in 2023.
