New Shake-Up in APGA, BIANCA and Willie Obiano, Major Casualties.

Following the expiration of a four-year term,
Governor Willie Obiano has been removed as the Board of Trustees Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) party.

Also, removed from the board was Bianca Ojukwu as a member alongside others
The decision was taken during the party’s National Executive Council (NEC) meeting on Tuesday 14th May in Awka.
The APGA National Secretary, Labaran Maku also stated that new board of trustee (BOT) members will be nominated ahead of its National Convention for ratification.

In the meeting, the party also selected May 31st for its National convention to hold at Prof Dora Akunyili women development center in Awka, Anambra state.
The Ward and Local Government Congresses of the party to hold on the 19th and 21st of May respectively while the State and Zonal congresses are to hold on the 23rd of May 2019
Speaking in the NEC meeting, Gov. Willie guaranteed the readiness of the party’s National Assembly members elect to collaborate with the federal government in actualizing its sustainable development agenda for the country.
