Governor Obiano Participates In Ukwulu New Yam Festival (Photos)

Governor Willie Obiano joined the Traditional ruler of Ukwulu, Igwe Peter Uyanwa to celebrate New Yam festival which heralds the eating of new Yam by Ukwulu community.
The event which took place at the Monarch’s Traditional Palace attracted top government officials which includes; Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Uchenna Okafor, Chief of staff to the Governor, Mr Primus Odili, Commissioner for Lands, Mr Bonaventure Enemali, Commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs, Chief Greg Obi.

Royal fathers that were present includes; Traditional ruler of Onitsha, Igwe Nnaemeka Achebe, Traditional ruler of Nteje, Igwe Roland Odegbo, Traditional ruler of Umueri, Igwe Ben Emeka, among others.
