The 300 level female student of Chemical Engineering, Oramasionwu Oluebubechukwu has accused Emmanuel Philip Chijindu, a 400 level student of Computer science department, of stabbing her on her head in December. She only survived due to the kind intervention of her neighbour’s.

According to a report made available to anaedoonline.ng, the students(Emmanuel and Oluebubechukwu) live in the same compound. On Wednesday 11th December 2019, Emmanuel prevented Oluebube from going into her room, it took the intervention of a man named prophet to get her access into her room.

When she tried to step out again minutes later, Emmanuel was still standing in front of her room. When she inquired why he was still there he said, “the house is not your father’s house neither is it your father’s compound”, he said that he had the right to stay anywhere he wanted to stay.
As she tried to open the protector of the house, Emmanuel slapped her twice. She forcefully pushed the protector open, that was when Emmanuel attacked her with a knife and stabbed her on her forehead. Emmanuel fled into the bush at the sight of Oluebube soaked in blood.

She screamed for help since no one was in her compound when all these happened, her scream attracted other neighbours that made arrangements to take her to the hospital as she was bleeding profusely. Oluebube was admitted in the hospital for days.
