Dear Teenager,
Welcome to Teens’ Corner with Aunty Chichi βοΈ. This is where I’ll be sharing my thoughts with you, answering lots of your questions, and talking about some hot trends in the society at large. You don’t want to miss out on this column, in this prestigious space
Today, let’s talk about something a lot of people don’t like talking about. Read below and know whyπ
About Sexual Desires
Sexual desires are temporary: Often people indulge in sexual activities early in their life which later sabotage their life completely. We let our desires get the best of us and climb on ourselves forgetting to appreciate people coming in our way, not understanding this fact: Sex is not everything.
Sex is fun but there is more to life. More sex will make you more pervert, yes that is the word I used. Let me not even get into the transfer of spirits, etcetera. When all you will care about a woman/man you meet is how she/he looks forgetting other important aspects in her/him, then you are missing out on the essence of life.
Being overly sexual leads to the draining of energy and leads to mild depression because of heartbreaks, rejections, etc.
Sex is fun only when done with the person you are in love with and decide to spend the rest of your life with, at the right time tooπ.
Here are the dangers of drug abuse and addiction on teenagers
Note: We are different than the animals and therefore, learn to say No to the biggest addiction in the world. The addiction of wanting someone just because you are physically attracted to the person. Sex, porn, and any other addictions aren’t cool. #selfcontrol is π key.
Here are a few words to help you:
“You can never conquer the mountain. You can only conquer yourself.” – Jim Whittaker
“The first and best victory is to conquer self.” – Plato
“With self -discipline most anything is possible.” – Theodore Roosevelt
