The seminar which is billed to hold on May 8th, 2021, at La Luna Hotel Awka would attract big wigs in politics, academia, and industries. Head of the guest list is Hon. Justina Nwafor PDP State Women Leader Anambra State.
The theme of the seminar is Decrease of Female Participation in Politics: Apathy Or Marginalization?

There is a growing recognition of the untapped capacity and talents of women/females in leadership.
The girl child is unique and gifted, she has dreams and abilities that if wielded will disrupt the status quo in the patriarchal society she finds herself in.
The need to empower a girl child is essential to building and sustaining strong democracy, the need to empower a girl cannot be reiterated enough, she should not be excluded from major functions that could bring development, she should be invested in.
Some cultures in parts of the world still hide the girl child from socialization and from contributing to societal values.

Give a woman a house, she will develop it into a home. The female child has this natural strength and power on coordinating, orienting, naturing and building, this is exactly what the society needs.
