Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, known as Odumeje, is a man of war. If you think he was only joking whenever he repeatedly said this of himself, you have not been paying attention. He means every single word he says of himself which are not words of peace; he is not a man of peace. Come Sunday, 23rd May 2021, the man of God would land in Anaedo Hall, Nnewi, for the fights and put the final nail to the coffin of doubts relating to his true being.
The fight tagged SummerStorm will start by 1 pm.
Odumeje would not be the only person involved in the fights on Sunday. Nnewi-born Light Middleweight Intercontinental Champion, Chinedu Okeke, would be headlining the fights. He would be joined in the ring by big-name fighters from Niger Republic, Senegal, the rest of Africa, and beyond.
Okeke won his belt in 2018 in Senegal and would be prepared to defend it. Speaking with AnaedoOnline, he promised to fight his heart out to make Nnewi, the Southeast, and the whole of Nigeria proud.
The fights are organized by US-based Nigerian promoter, Henry Okafor via his Holly Rock Promotions outfit in conjunction with Heritage Boxing Entertainment, HBE, domiciled in Nnewi.

The fighting is in three segments. There are the amateur fights, then the semi-professional fights and the full-blown professionals.
In between the fights, Odumeje would and other friends of boxing in the Southeast and boxers who have made their marks in the upliftment of boxing in the region would be inducted into the Heritage Boxing Entertainment, HBE, Hall of Fame.
Also expected to be present for the event is the musician Double Silencer who is one of and the fastest rising artistes east of the Niger and the comedian Ogbuefi I Go Talk.
As the eventful Sunday that would see Odumeje in Nnewi boxing arena approaches, the promoter and some of the boxers paid the man of God a visit in his church in Onitsha. The image is published below.
