The former governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, has paid Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh a surprise visit during her 36th birthday dinner party held in Abuja.
The Rivers-born script interpreter clocked 36 on the 9th of June, and she decided to organize a dinner to celebrate on the 10th.
In the video shared on her official Instagram page, the former governor Okorocha was pictured showering encomium on the actress while having a nice time at the birthday celebration.
