Reality star and serial entrepreneur, Tacha, has warned fellow business owners to be extra careful when hiring support staff.
The CEO of Everything Tacha Logistics gave this advice via her Insta-stories while narrating an unfavorable experience with two of her drivers.
Tacha narrated how she had to sack a driver after he flouted traffic rules, he took one-way and her vehicle was impounded.
Her company recently employed another driver, and barely two months into the job, the new driver started conniving with the gate man in her apartment to steal fuel meant for the apartment.
She eventually got to know about the misdeeds of the new driver when the management of the property sent her a message asking for a meeting.
Drawing from her experience, she warned fellow business owners to be careful when employing support staff, as a bad staff can ruin years of hard work.
