Remember that over the weekend, a purported sex video of several of the school’s kids leaked on the internet.

The mother of the female student involved had gone online to seek aid from Nigerians, alleging that her daughter had been drugged and forced to partake in the sexual act by the male pupils.

She also claimed that the school tested her daughter for pregnancy without her (the mother’s) permission.

She further stated that the footage of the rape assault had been circulated on social media several times.

She said she was unaware of the event in Dubai until another parent gave her the footage.

The school administration, however, rejected reports that they conducted a pregnancy test on the girl in a statement made by Akin Fadeyi, a member of the school’s advisory board.

Only a COVID-19 test was administered to all pupils who traveled on the trip to Dubai, according to the school.

The school also said out of the 77 students who represented the school at the event, only six were involved in the misconduct. It said they were involved in a Truth or Dare game which led to the condemnable act.

Also, reacting to allegations of negligence on their part, the school said while in Dubai, it ensured the students were kept in separate rooms, seven floors apart. It said boys were on the 4th floor of the hotel while the girls were lodged on the 11th floor.
