The ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, has announced that sales of expressions of interest and nomination papers for different party elective posts would begin tomorrow, Tuesday.
Suleiman Arugungu, the party’s national organising secretary, confirmed this in a brief statement.
The party chieftain reveals that the sales of the forms would start on April 26 and span through May 6, 2022, ahead of the 2023 general elections.

The selling of the forms was intended to start on Saturday, but it was postponed for some reason in the best interests of the party, according to Anaedoonline.ng.
Meanwhile, Nigeria’s Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, revealed further details about his plan to run for President in 2023 on Monday.
Speaking in Akure, the Ondo State capital, Osinbajo revealed that the need to bring his experience in the last seven years to bear in moving Nigeria forward, as well as God’s grace upon him, are two reasons for joining the race.
Anaedoonline.ng reports the Vice President said this at the office of the Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu during his visit to him.

According to him, there’s so much that he can offer Nigeria as a country based on his experience as a Vice President and the unfettered opportunity accorded him by President Muhammadu Buhari as the acting President of Nigeria.
He said it is going to be a betrayal of the country if he decides to retire when the tenure of the current administration expires in 2023 without deploying all the knowledge he has accumulated at the national level since 2015.
