On Monday, a coalition of Northern Groups accepted the governing All Progressives Congress’s (APC) presidential candidacy and declaration of interest form for former President Goodluck Jonathan.
At the International Conference Centre in Abuja, members of the coalition picked up the paperwork for Jonathan.
According to them, the former president is the best-qualified leader to lead Nigeria to the next level in 2023.
Face hats and t-shirts with the slogan ‘run Jonathan run’ were seen on members of the coalition.
