Blasphemy: 13 Muslim Groups Demand Justice Against killers of Deborah

13 Muslim organisations, united under the banner of Muslims United for Peace and Justice, have sought justice for Deborah Samuel, a student at Sokoto’s Shehu Shagari College of Education, who was gruesomely murdered for supposed blasphemy.

Professor Lakin Akintola, Executive Director of Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC), spoke at a news conference in Lagos alongside other Muslim leaders, appealing for justice against the murders, regardless of their purpose or explanation.
