Over 2,000 delegates have been given the opportunity to vote for a Presidential flagbearer for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the general elections in 2023.
According to Anaedoonline.ng, the APC has postponed its primaries for June 6th and 7th, 2022.

As things stand, aspirants will seek the support of around 2,340 party delegates who will vote on who would be the party’s presidential candidate in 2023.

The petition, which was drafted on May 17th, 2022, was presented on Monday, May 30th, and one Emmanuel Akpan acknowledged its receipt.
For more than a decade, the former Governor of Lagos State’s academic credentials have been a source of contention.
Tinubu said on his INEC form 001 that he graduated from the University of Chicago when he ran for governor of Lagos State in 1999.
During his exile between 1994 and 1998, the presidential candidate also claimed that he misplaced his university degree certificate.
Tinubu never graduated from the University of Chicago, according to Iyali’s appeal to the head of the presidential screening committee, John Odigie-Oyegun.
