At the Nigerian Breweries Plc headquarters in Iganmu, Lagos, there was a festive mood as three entertainers—Flavour, Yul Edochie, and Phyno—renewed their two-year contracts as brand ambassadors for Life Continental lager beer.

Speaking during the press conference, the Senior Brand Manager of Life lager, Aishat Anaekwe, said, “We pioneered regional brewing in Nigeria and have maintained leadership in the South-East region’s booming market for decades. Today, we are excited to renew our contracts with Flavour, Phyno and Yul Edochie. This collaboration underscores our dedication to the Igbo values of industrious, resourcefulness and enterprise – values which Flavour, Yul and Phyno aptly embody. Just as our beer defines the Igbo in every consumer, these three successful and industrious entertainers exude the qualities of the typical Igbo man.”

Phyno – Age, Career, Everything We Know About Him

One of the ambassadors, Flavour, stated that he is proud to be associated with the brand. He said, “This new deal is an example of the rebound of progress that Igbos have continued to be associated with in their business and industry. The brand has always been a symbol of the Igbo heritage. I am very proud to be associated with a beer I can finally call my own; one that pushes the frontiers of progress.”

On his part, actor, Yul Edochie, said, “I am so honoured to be doing this again. The brand has continued to shine the spotlight on the Igbo tradition of brotherhood and progress.”
