Oghenekaro Etebo, a midfielder for the Super Eagles, is reportedly in talks with Galatasaray about a potential transfer to the Turkish team, according to ANAEDOONLINE.NG Sports Extra.

Etebo, who spent the previous campaign on loan at Premier League team Watford, has been deemed surplus to requirements by his parent club Stoke City for the current campaign.

The English Championship team wants to offload Etebo, who has one year left on his contract with the organization, before the transfer window closes.

“Etebo is in talks with Galatasaray,” one of Etebo’s intermediaries told PUNCH Sports Extra.

“He has one year left on his deal and the window is still ongoing so we are considering other options to get him back playing for the new season.”
