2023: CAC President Asks Christians To Vote People That’ll Protect Their Interest

In the general elections of 2023, Pastor Samuel Oladele, President of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Worldwide, has counseled Christians to choose candidates who will uphold their rights.

In his talk at the 2022 Pastors Conference of the CAC, delivered on Wednesday at the Ayo Babalola Memorial International Miracle Camp in Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State, Oladele offered the counsel.

He exhorted Christians to base their decision about who to vote for in the next general elections on what is best for God’s kingdom.

“The forthcoming general election is the one that we must be interested in, as we cannot afford to remain complacent while decisions that affect our faith are being made.

“We shall be guided by the criteria provided by the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) for election of our next set of political leaders in Nigeria.

“I make bold to declare loud and clear that the interest of the kingdom of God and of His Christ is more important than all other interests,” he said.

Oladele bemoaned the level of unrest in the nation and asked Nigerians not to give up hope but instead to increase their fervent prayer life and follow the path of righteousness.

The preacher expressed optimism for the country and said that “God oversees the affairs of men.”
