Falz Blasts NDLEA For Destruction Of Cocaine Worth N194 Billion

Falz, a generally known Nigerian musician, has responded to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency’s destruction of cocaine valued at N194 billion (NDLEA).

According to Anaedoonline.ng, the agency recently stated that its operatives confiscated 1.8 tonnes of cocaine, valued at N194 billion, from a warehouse in Ikorodu, Lagos State, and that the alleged drug lords were also detained.

The NDLEA posted a video of the confiscated drugs being set ablaze on Tuesday to its Twitter account.

The post read: “NDLEA sets ablaze 1.8 tons of cocaine recovered from a warehouse in Ikorodu area of Lagos today, Tuesday 27th September 2022.”

In response, Falz criticized the agency for destroying potential evidence before offenders were charged in court.

The rapper added that the current administration must really believe that Nigerians are stupid in criticizing the agency’s choice to burn the cocaine seizure.

He tweeted: “This administration must really think that we are daft sha!! What is this lamba (lie) that the NDLEA is giving with this cocaine seizure saga? Dem dey burn evidence?
