On Tuesday, President Muhammadu Buhari met with Ahmed Wase, the Deputy Speaker of the House, and Femi Gbajabiamila, the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
According to Anaedoonline.ng, the President met with two Green Chamber leaders at the Presidential Villa in Abuja at around 3:00 p.m.
It was discovered that the meeting covered topics related to the current strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).

Remember that Gbajabiamila recently reported on a stakeholders meeting that included ASUU members and Federal Government authorities.
At the most recent meeting with the stakeholders, Gbajabiamila stated that the House would prepare and present President Buhari with a report on its intervention in the ongoing strike.
The President would be able to analyze the issue from an educated second option, he claimed, because the report will include recommendations and reflect their discussions with the stakeholders.
