According to Ukrainian authorities, Russia launched missiles early on Monday morning towards a number of Ukrainian cities, causing air warnings to go out over most of the nation.

In the north-eastern city of Kharkiv, the south-eastern city of Zaporizhzhya, and the capital city of Kyiv, explosions were heard.

Authorities urged people to find shelters as a place of refuge.

Power outages were reportedly occurring.

Since the beginning of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, 250 days have passed.

Russia has vowed to specifically target the neighboring nation’s energy infrastructure.

According to Ukraine, Moscow wants to engulf people in darkness, cold, and terror so that they would escape to the European Union.

“We will persevere. This disgrace will cost whole generations of Russians dearly,’’ Andriy Yermak, the head of Ukraine’s presidential office, said on Telegram.
