According to reports, several armed individuals broke into the University of Ibadan’s staff housing and murdered Vincent Odinko, a representative of the National Examination Council.
According to information obtained by ANAEDOONLINE.NG, Odinko, who lived in the boys’ quarters, was killed while his technology, including a laptop and mobile phones, were taken away.
According to reports, the event occurred last Friday night as the gunmen broke into the BQ of a staff building where Odinko and his family were staying.
Odinko was working with the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination Internal Unit, Ibadan branch of NECO.

The police are yet to give detail of the sad incident. However, when contacted by our correspondent, the Oyo State Police Public Relations Officer, Adewale Osifeso, said investigations had commenced to unravel the detail of the incident.
“Investigations have since commenced. Updates would be provided, please,” Osifeso stated in a chat with our correspondent.
