Chief Edozie Njoku, the factional national chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, was granted bail on self-recognition by a Federal Capital Territory High Court sitting in Bwari.
On the orders of Justice Mohammed Madugu, Edozie and the factional National Youth Leader of the party, Chukwuemeka Nwoga, were remanded at the Suleja Correctional Center on Monday.
The two were charged with fabricating the Supreme Court’s ruling so they could pose as the party’s National Chairman and National Youth Leader, an accusation they vigorously denied.
