Standard Chartered Wins ‘AI For Customer Experience’ Award

The judging panel for The Digital Banker named Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited as the finest user of artificial intelligence (AI) for the customer experience.

The Bank’s initiative to automate card dispute resolution was recognized by The Digital Banker as having improved turnaround times for various card dispute circumstances. Customers may now access disputed monies more quickly thanks to the program, which also greatly improves complaint resolution.

The bank’s Head of Consumer, Private, and Business Banking (CPBB), David Idoru, commented on the honor by saying, “We are thrilled with our win of this highly acclaimed award for Best Use of AI for Customer Experience. It is evidence of our commitment to offering our esteemed clients the finest possible services and value.
