Segun Awosanya, also known as Segalink, is the leader of the #EndSARS movement, which opposes police brutality in Nigeria. He has counseled President Bola Ahmed Tinubu not to fill a significant portion of his cabinet with former state governors.
He thought Tinubu would be better off working with technocrats than trying to make himself succeed.

“HE President Bola Ahmed Tinubu MUST avoid the temptation to allow his cabinet to be dominated by former Governors. He is better off with technocrats of repute than positioning himself for failure.
“Ministerial positions shouldn’t be the retirement plan of any politician,” Segalink wrote on his Twitter page on Friday morning.
