An emotional image of Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential contender for the 2023 General Elections, and a tearful female supporter in Edo has gone viral online.
According to Anaedoonline.ng, the former governor of Anambra joined hundreds of party members on Monday for a massive rally before the local government elections in the southern state.
Around 1:30 pm, Obi arrived at the venue, the Edo Baptist Convention Ground in Benin City.

One of the rally’s popular photos showed a supporter sobbing as she gave the LP candidate an embrace.
She was also seen trying to kneel for the LP candidate who stopped her abruptly from going on her knees for him.
