Naira Marley Did Not Kill Mohbad, Family Witches Did – Prophet Ariole

Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, also known as Mohbad, was a popular singer. According to Prophet Austin Ariole, the General Overseer of Goshen Freedom Tabernacle (GFT) in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State, Naira Marley was not responsible for her passing.

Instead, he claimed that the deceased’s family’s witches were to blame for his passing.

These assertions were made by Ariole on Tuesday during a prayer gathering of the Upper Room team of the Goshen Freedom Tabernacle in Effurun.

He criticised the Church, which ought to have been a sanctuary of shelter, for failing to do enough to save the young musician as a way of venting his rage over Mohbad’s passing.

He said, “I don’t like worldly musicians, but I just picked interest in this one, and when I was praying last night, God revealed to me that Naira Marley did not kill Mohbad. Witches from his village killed him.”

The prophet went on to say that these witches killed Mohbad because they had predicted his bright future.

Prophet Ariole expressed sympathy for the family but reprimanded Mohbad’s father for not doing enough for his son, despite the fact that many others sought sanctuary in mountains for their children.

He voiced concern over the father’s attention being drawn away from the tragedy itself and towards the financial aspects of the burial.
