Festus Keyamo, the minister of aviation and aerospace development, has said that Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) presidential contender for 2023, is suffering greatly as a result of the defeat of the presidential election.

Keyamo asserts that Atiku’s defeat in the most recent polls affected him more than all of his earlier defeats combined.

Insisting that the preoccupation has left him whirling like a drunkard, the Minister continued, “It is to this end that the former Vice President has been seeking all means to remove President Bola Tinubu from power.”

In a post published on Tuesday through his account on the X platform, Keyamo said that both the development and the Chicago State University’s reaction about Tinubu’s academic records which were just released should give the PDP candidate the signal to retire peacefully.

He wrote: “It is now obvious that the loss of ATIKU Abubakar at the last polls hurt him deeply more than all his previous losses put together; it has since sent him spinning like a drunkard, lashing out to hold on to every single straw that resembles a lifeline. This is bad for his health; he should accept that this game is over (as the Chicago State University responses have shown) and retire peacefully to his famed abode. Those around him have a role to play in this.”
