The Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) Atiku Abubakar appealed the Presidential Election Petition Court’s (PEPC) ruling affirming President Bola Tinubu’s victory in the presidential election of February 25, 2023, and the Supreme Court on Monday reserved judgement in that case.
The seven-person panel of the supreme court made the choice.
