Tinubu Appoints Shehu Shinkafi Water Resources Permanent Secretary

Alhaji Aliyu Shehu Shinkafi of Zamfara State has been named by Bola Tinubu as the new Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation.

Shinkafi urged the employees of the Ministry to commit themselves to productivity on Thursday in order to further the progress of the country. In addition to thanking Tinubu for the appointment, the new permanent secretary urged the staff to work with him to uphold the trust that has been placed in him.

“Anyone who dedicates himself to hard work would be treated as a friend,” he declared. I’m free, but I won’t engage in gossip.

Recognising the hard work of ministry directors and his predecessor, Didi Walson-Jack, Shinkafi promised to build upon that strong foundation.

He declared that he was prepared to work with State Minister Muhammad Goronyo and Minister Joseph Utsev to ensure the ministry’s sustained success.

Relocating to the Ministry of Education, the departing Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Walson-Jack, thanked the personnel for their dedication to quality work. She urged them to extend their support to her successor.
