Patrick Obahiagbon, a former congressman and the governor of Edo State’s chief of staff, has praised and endorsed Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the 2023 election.
Obahiagbon, renowned for his use of big, cryptic words, responded to a tweet on X by @MissPearls by praising Obi as an example of selflessness, moral purity, strict discipline, intellectual prowess, honest integrity, and generosity—qualities he said are necessary for the much-needed national revival that Nigerians long for.
Nigerians’ responses to the tweet have been divided; some have praised Obahiagbon for his support of Obi and eloquence, while others have made fun of him for using such flamboyant and unintelligible language.
