Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party (LP), stated on Tuesday that Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the candidate for the APC, is like a brother to him.
According to Anaedoonline.ng, during an interview with Chude Jidenowo, Obi complimented the APC candidate for his prior services to Nigeria.
He claimed that Tinubu’s time had come to an end and that it was now time for someone else to lead.

He stated that Tinubu shouldn’t hold onto office indefinitely just because he had previously improved Nigeria.
He used the example of Pele, a famous football player from Brazil who was a star in his day but couldn’t possibly play in a game today, to further illustrate his argument.
