Following the incident that happened yesterday in Nnewi where a man was stabbed to death by a masquerade, the Nigeria police forces have flooded the entire town to ensure the order is restored.
Our reporters observed that the town is partially deserted, with little sign of cultural activity going on in some places.
The various points where masquerades are usually seen in Nnewi were empty; Places like St. Mary’s junction Uruagu, Orie Agbor market Nnewichi, Eme-court junction, Amauko junction, were all found to be scanty.
