The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Anambra state has set up an Intervention scheme to oversee the distribution of the Permanent Voters Card (PVC) at all ward levels in the state.
In a press release dated October 8th, the commission stated that the distribution of the PVCs will commence on the 8th -19th October 2018 for everyone who registered between 2010 to April 2018.

INEC advises ndi Anambra to go to their various registration points to collect their permanent voter’s card, in preparation for 2019 general elections.
