A bus conductor was set ablaze by angry passengers in Lagos on Tuesday

The angry passengers pounced on the conductor killed him and set him on fire after the conductor had stabbed a passenger to death over N100 balance.
The tragic story was shared by one Ezinne, a Facebook user, who lives in Lagos.
According to her, a boy serving his master (nwa boy) at Ladipo, Lagos, came down from a bus at Five Star bustop, Oshodi Way, Lagos, and asked the conductor for his one hundred naira “change”; but instead of giving him the balance of N100, the conductor picked a fight with him.
Ezinne narrated that the passenger, who was identified as an Igbo boy, had beaten the conductor mercilessly, and the conductor reached for a knife and stabbed the passenger to death.

Seeing what happened, the rest of the passengers in the bus descended on the conductor, overpowered him and set him on fire.
She said that after setting the conductor on fire, the passengers reached for the driver, but the driver had disappeared, so they also set the vehicle on fire.
