Omokri: ”How Can The World Value Your People If You Dont Value Them” Blasts Buhari Over Kiling Of  Nigerians

‪A former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has blamed President Muhammadu Buhari for failing to act over the killing of 50 people and members of the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) by bandits in Zamfara State.

A news agency previously reported that the Speaker of the Zamfara State House Assembly, Alhaji Sanusi Rikiji, on Friday said no fewer than 50 persons, including members of Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) were killed in the state on Tuesday.

Rikiji, who revealed this during a condolence visit to Kaura Namoda emirate, attributed the incidence to CJTF confrontation with bandits in a community in Kaura Namoda Local Government Area of the state.

The Speaker, who led the state government delegation on the visit, decried the worsening security situation in the state.

He said: “We were told that the members of Civilian JTF have mobilised people from Sakajiki community in Kaura Namoda Local Government Area and confronted the bandits in the forest which led to the killing of over 50 persons including members of CJTF.”

Reacting to the sad event on Saturday, Omokri said Buhari ought to have sympathised with the people of Zamfara State.

He wrote: “Bandits killed 50 Nigerians yesterday. 24 hours later, silence from @MBuhari. No condolence or comfort Zamfara.

“A terrorist kills 49 people in NZ. Within 4 hours, Buhari was crying more than the bereaved. How can the world value your people if you, as President, don’t value them?
