Kanu Nwankwo Appointed SSA on Sports To Governor Emeka Ihedioha.
Governor Emeka Ihedioha has appointed Nwankwo Kanu Nwankwo as his Senior Special Assistant on Sports.

In this new role, the Nigeria World Cup skipper will assist the Ihedioha administration on rebuilding the sports sector in Imo State.
Recall that Jay-Jay Okocha’s name was among the last batch of the sectoral ad-hoc committees set up by Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State to review various sectors of the state government and design roadmaps for optimised service delivery and advancement of good governance in Enugu state.
