Nonso Okafor Bags Personality Of The Year Award, Reiterates Commitment On Service To The People

In view of what the organizers described as his historic election victory, the Member Representing Nnewi North in Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon. Nonso Okafor (Smart), has been honoured with Anaedo Personality of the Year Award.

Nonso Okafor (Smart) who was accompanied by his wife, Mrs Uju Okafor, received the award during the 2019 AnaedoOnline Anniversary Lecture which held at Martina Chukwuma Plaza, 78 Owerri Rd. Nnewi, over the weekend.

In his reaction, Hon. Nonso Okafor (Smart), expressed his gratitude to the organizers of the awards and the host, Mr. Cornel Osigwe. He stressed that the award though a surprise will spur him to remain committed in his service to his people.

According to the lawmaker, the primary reason why he was elected as a representative of the people was to shoulder the people’s needs while ensuring that solutions are provided.

He promised that he will not relent in giving the best service to his constituents by ensuring that they are properly represented in Anambra State House of Assembly at all times.

Speaking further, Hon. Nonso Okafor (Smart) commended the management and staff of AnaedoOnline for their outstanding achievements which have positioned them as the biggest blog in Anambra State and second in the South East.

He urged them not to relent in their efforts as they will soon become a force to be reckoned with in the South East.

The Anniversary Lecture was chaired by former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Prof. Kingsley Moughalu, with Former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode as the keynote speaker.
