Construction has begun massively at IMSU to Bishop’s Court Road, with the contractor CUDUC Construction Company already mobilized to site.

Across other parts of the state, and mostly within the capital city, construction companies have kicked off maintenance work on failed drainages and portions of a number of roads.

With the recent approval by His Excellency, Governor Emeka Ihedioha, to reconstruct all the failed areas along the three major gateways into Imo State which are Owerri-Okigwe Road, Owerri-Mbaise-Obowo Road and Owerri-Njaba- Orlu Road, there is no doubt that in the coming months, Imolites will begin to enjoy accessible road networks pending when construction works will be completed on the major roads awarded recently.
