Arsenal and Uruguayan player Lucas Torreira has apparently told Arsenal that he would like the club to consider offers for him.

Struggling, Torreira has endured a difficult time at the Emirates this season as he finds it difficult to hold down a spot in Unai Emery’s side.

He has made just four starts in the Premier League. And some fans appear to have taken further issue to Emery playing him in a role that is arguably not his best position.

And judging by these latest reports, it would appear that the 23-year-old who earns £75,000-a-week, according to is not entirely happy with his situation with the Gunners.

Torreira has told Arsenal that he would like offers for him to be considered, with AC Milan one of the sides apparently interested in signing him.

Emery already appears to have left himself with too much work to do to win the fans over. Arsenal are struggling for form. And the Gunners boss does not appear to have the answers to pull them from their current rut.

There appears to be a growing number of supporters who are convinced that he is not right for the club. And that discontent will only grow if Torreira is open to leaving.

Some supporters feel that he has the potential to be an outstanding player, but he is not being used in the right way.

From the outside, Emery’s situation already looks bleak. Seemingly pushing a player of Torreira’s calibre and popularity towards the exit is certainly not going to help.
