The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Adams Oshiomhole has cautioned members of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) against early celebration, assuring them that the party will go to court to challenge INEC issuing of Certificate of Return to Douye Diri and to reclaim David Lyon’s mandate.
The Supreme Court had on Thursday nullified the election of the David Lyon over forgery committed by his running mate and declared Diri winner of the poll.

In line with this, INEC on Friday declared Diri winner of the poll, having polled an overwhelming majority of votes after the votes cast for APC were removed.
Oshiomhole, at a news conference in Abuja said the party would explore every available legal means to ensure that the will of the people of Bayelsa State was upheld.
According to him, APC is going to court, saying that the PDP should not celebrate yet.
