President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday had a chat with the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Yusuf Buratai. over the death of his mother, Hajiya Hauwa Yusuf Buratai.
The details of President Buhari’s conversation with Buratai was revealed in a statement released by the Presidential spokesman, Garba Shehu.
Buratai Warns Soldiers On Loyalty To President Buhari
Buhari condoled with all members of the family, praying that the almighty God ”will receive the soul of the departed matriarch”.
He also prayed that the almighty God will comfort Buratai, who has been at the forefront of the war against terrorists in the North-East.
