Gunmen have stolen luxury bags worth over $865,000 in Paris, France which belonged to a Nigerian.

Reports say the armed men struck on Wednesday morning at his(Nigerian) home located in an upscale building in the 16th District of Paris.

The unidentified men wore face masks and rang the doorbell before making threats with a handgun.

Although they failed to get the Nigerian businessman to open his safe, the gunmen also made away with 3,000 euros in cash.

However, in another news, some northern Nigerian have taken to social media to show off the kind of luxury at their disposal. Northern Nigeria according to FDI is the poorest region in Nigeria but that is not what Nigerian saw on social media as flamboyant vehicles, mouth-watering housing estates and buildings were showcased.
