UK: IPOB Members Protest Against Nnamdi Kanu’s Trial(Photos)

On Wednesday 28th July 2021, Members of the Indigenous People in the United Kingdom embarked on a major protest against the trial of its leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu before the British Parliament

Kanu is currently in the custody of the Department of State Security Services, DSS awaiting a continuation of his trial. it will be recalled that Kanu was captured in June after Jumping bail in 2017 and being on the run for 4 years.

He was scheduled to have a hearing last Monday but could not be brought to court due to ‘logistics reasons’. The pro-secessionist leader is facing several charges among which include possession of Illegal Firearms, terrorism, and treasonable felony, which carries the death penalty.
