Chief Innocent Chukwuma (OFR), the founder of IVM and the maker of Nigeria’s first indigenous car firm, awoke to a surprise birthday party at his house in Uru umudim Nnewi, Anambra State, on October 1.
The Ochinanwata Support Group of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital (NAUTH) Nnewi, IVM Media Hangout, and Hon. Nonso Smart Okafor, the representative for Nnewi North Constituency in Anambra State, began the fitness walk at 7 a.m. on the anniversary of Nigeria’s independence.
To commemorate the investor’s birthday, the joyous crowd marched from the NAUTH gate in Nnewi to his residence.

In an interview with AnaedoOnline, CMAC, Dr. Ezejoifor Ogochukwu, who is expertly representing Dr. Joseph Ugboaja as Chief Medical Director of NAUTH, congratulates Ifediaso Nnewi.
Dr. Ezejiofor revealed that Chief Innocent has remained a great friend of the NAUTH and an epitome of greatness.
At the event, the Grand Patron, National Union of Petroleum and Gas Workers (NUPENG) south east and the Nnewi North Candidate for House of Assembly come 2023, Mr. Peter Nwosu described Chief Innocent as a man of Intergrity who always stand by development and progress.
He added that “a man of his calibre should live long as hundreds of lives have been improved by him”.
The celebration featured a special musical performance by Mr. Ifedi Michael, popularly known as Akwaeze. Sounds of encomium filled the air as various groups present their gifts to the celebrant. Including Friends of Friends International School, Akammili Umudim, Nnewi.
Innoson Celebrates Birthday Of NAUTH CMD, Ugboaja
The were lots of joyous moments of Singing and Dancing as Jolly Jolly Instant Noodles, Nkem Special Kitchen and other catering groups served edibles.
The Head of Corporate Communications, Innoson Group, Mr. Cornel Osigwe ensured that the event was properly planned and packaged for the Innoson Boss. He is grateful for such a visionsionary leader and hopes he enjoys the best of his new age.
