Innoson Vehicles is Nigeria’s foremost car manufacturing company and has remained in business since it’s inception in 2009.

After years of hard work and sheer determination, Nigeria once again, honours the brain behind the brand.
Head of corporate communications, Innoson Vehicles Mr. Cornel Osigwe shared with Anaedoonline that the selection of the IVM CEO for the award was conveyed in a letter by the Minister of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs, Sen. George Akume.
The minister’s letter stated that approval for the award to be conferred on IVM CEO was given by the President and that the ceremony would hold at the International Conference Centre, Abuja, at 9 a.m.
Excerpt from the letter from Sen. Akume states “ I have the honour to formally inform you that the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari, has approved the conferment of the National Honour on you, in the rank of CON (Commander of the Order of the Niger)’’.

The event would involve other recipients in various categories of national honours award, 2022 and the President himself will perform the conferment.
This is happening few days after the NAUTH celebrated the investor’s 62nd birthday with a fitness walk in Nnewi, Anambra State.
