Nnewi-born Billionaire Businessman, Chief Dr. Alexander Chika Okafor (CON) is set to build gigantic hostels in Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, Anambra State.
Anaedoonline.ng gathered that Chief Chika Okafor who is the Chief Executive Officer of Chicason Group has concluded plans to close up the housing deficit in the two campuses of the university by building 672 capacity hostels both in Igbaraim and Uli campus of the university.
A delegation from the Chicason Group, which includes, Engr. L. O. Ilozue (Chicason Group Director), Chicason Managing Director, Chux Adike, Head of Business Development, Hafford Udochukwu and Director, ICT-Chicason Group), Chisom Nkaujichukwu, has visited the University Management to present the prototype of the hostel project for the University.

The proposed hostel will have Four floors each with 4 students per room totaling 168 students per floor and making it 672 students per building.
